Description

This book is for anyone who works for a living - not just executives. In the new world of artificial intelligence where work and life are increasingly intertwined "executive performance" allows you to bring your human qualities to the fore - for both business success and a happier life.

In this substantially revised and updated paperback version of the 2014 Financial Times hardback bestseller you will learn that we are all executives today - in the executive function thinking that will distinguish us in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and which is improved through better health and wellbeing.

Dr. Steven MacGregor brings together breakthrough insights and techniques he's honed through pioneering the internationally-renowned Sustaining Executive Performance (SEP) program, and working with thousands of leaders worldwide. In Sustaining Executive Performance, he reveals the profound connections between living a more sustainable, happy, and productive life, improving your organization on metrics ranging from innovation to resilience, and helping build a better world for all.
