Una longevidad con sentido
Description
A longer life is characterized by constant changes, requiring greater flexibility and adaptability, as well as significant transformations. It involves making important decisions, alternating between multiple stages, resizing how we use time, and restructuring life cycles. The lack of previous parameters and references adds an additional layer of complexity when it comes to realistically and tangibly projecting the impact that longevity has on each of our lives.
Most decisions are in our hands; we should not believe that others will think for us. Instead, we must be aware that the choices we make today will shape our future selves.
In this new scenario, it is more necessary than ever to thoroughly understand the pillars on which a long life is built: health, wealth, and relationships. “Longevity with Meaning” provides a rigorous analysis of these pillars so that we can develop the resources and tools to help us lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
