Prologue 6: Anatomy
Description
The sixth issue, Anatomy, is a collection of misunderstandings, cravings, and attempted manifestos—an effort to redefine what we thought we already knew.
At its core, the publication resists traditional views of anatomy as simply structural or bodily. Instead, it explores anatomy as a dynamic force—an interconnected framework through which the human experience, material order, and emotional resonance collide. As the world unravels, the body reacts, and this issue captures that tension, offering reflections that merge the personal with the ecological, the physical with the metaphysical.
Anatomy proposes that our understanding of form and function goes beyond isolated organs or mechanical systems; it is about the delicate dance between order and entropy, between life and death, in a reality where the urge to reconnect with the self has never been more urgent. Welcome to Anatomy.
PROLOGUE
Prologue is a student-run publication, designed and edited by Architecture and Design students at IE University. Prologue serves as a new platform for discussion and self-expression through various narratives and contributions from students. We aim to go beyond the acquired knowledge within the university and developed new narratives through personal experience, research and inquiry.
