Mentalidad de Samurai: Mushin. El poder de la concentración para la toma de decisiones
Description
Here is the English translation:
In a world without clear answers—unpredictable and uncertain—the situations around us are becoming increasingly unstable. Yet, in our environments and workplaces, we are still expected to deliver results and achieve success. But we know that many people suffer from stress, so what can we do to cope with it?
The answer lies in Zen and Bushido. The key word is Mushin, or “Zero Mindset.” The samurai learned from Zen teachings how to face battles and achieve victory. Mushin means “to be in a state of mental calm,” “to remain calm.”
How do we approach situations with Mushin?
• Don’t think about whether you’ll achieve results
• Don’t expect results
• Don’t wonder whether your efforts will be effective
• Never let yourself be tied to anything; simply unleash your full potential in the most “natural” way possible.
