She is a consultant, mentor, trainer, executive coach, speaker, columnist, and author, as well as a leadership professor at prestigious business schools.
Her work as an executive development consultant is in demand both nationally and internationally. She supports the professional growth of executives across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Lourdes holds a law degree and practiced as a lawyer for several years. She also earned an MBA and has trained in Neuroscience and Leadership at Harvard University, as well as in the Science of Happiness Applied to Business at UC Berkeley.
She is a certified mediator in Civil and Commercial Matters through the University of Alcalá and holds a Professional Coaching Specialist title from the European University Miguel de Cervantes. Lourdes is certified by renowned international organizations as a coach (International Coaching Federation), Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (International Trainers Association), Agile Coach (European Scrum Alliance), and Mentor (International Mentoring School).
Throughout her career, she has held executive and leadership positions in national and international organizations across the legal, educational, and financial sectors, including J.P. Morgan. Her experience as an entrepreneur and businesswoman strengthens her understanding of the business environment from multiple perspectives.
Lourdes is the author of the book LIDER-A. 7 LEVERS OF LEADERSHIP, presented at the Rafael del Pino Foundation in 2022. The work introduces a proprietary methodology based on experience, observation, and research. The diversity of scientific and knowledge disciplines underpinning the book enhances both the originality of its content and the effectiveness of its application.
Among the disciplines she draws upon are Aristotelian philosophy, Stoicism, as well as current findings from neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming, among others.
She also regularly writes articles on management and leadership.
