100 Ideas to Boost Your Career and People Management
Do you want to improve your professional career or the management of people in your organization?
In this book, you will find 100 valuable ideas to gain clarity, activate yourself, and make progress.
Disruptions create uncertainty, but there are proven keys to enhance your career. Your Ikigai (a combination of your strengths and passions) drives your competitiveness and fulfillment. Grit (a blend of passion and perseverance) distinguishes the best and is even more important than talent.
Mentors and experts will provide valuable advice, but your success will primarily depend on you, based on six “autos”: self-knowledge, self-confidence, self-responsibility, self-development, self-demand, and self-competitiveness.
In the best organizations today, people are their most valuable asset. Talent should not just be attracted and retained but excited about, combining trust, development, and autonomy with ambition, demand, and competitiveness.
The trajectories of Pablo Isla, Michelle Obama, Pau Donés, Inma Shara, Margarita Salas, and Rafael Nadal demonstrate that it is possible to live fully and have a positive impact on others.
You too can think big and strive to reach your best version through hard work.
I hope this book inspires you.
