Inteligencia Artificial y humanismo, las voces de la Universidad y la empresa
Description
The penetration of AI into the structure of personal and societal life is unstoppable. It is already present in vital areas for individuals and society, such as medicine, energy, facial recognition, and education. This widespread presence has sparked significant concern and unease. From its practical applications to the profound philosophical and ethical implications of its development, AI emerges as a multifaceted phenomenon that redefines our understanding of the world and of ourselves.
This text identifies and explores three main areas:
- The technological dimension of AI, highlighting its omnipresence in everyday life and its capacity to transform multiple aspects of society.
- The philosophical implications underlying AI and its impact on our understanding of humanity and the world we inhabit.
- The need for an ethical and critical approach to AI, recognizing the importance of considering both its potential and its limitations in the pursuit of balanced and human-centered development.
