Natalia Gironella García holds a PhD in Information Sciences from UCM and a master’s degree in Nonverbal Behavior and Lie Detection from UDIMA. She has a certification as a Specialist in Personality Profiling from the Behavior & Law Research Foundation and as a Specialist in Nonverbal Communication from the University of Alcalá. For over fifteen years, she has been part of the faculty at the Instituto de Empresa. She is the co-author of “La escritura rentable” (Profitable Writing), “Redacción productiva” (Productive Writing), “Correos electrónicos eficaces” (Effective Emails), and “Redacción profesional” (Professional Writing).
Sofía de la Maza Arroyo holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from UAM, a degree in Psychology from UNED, and a master’s degree in Emotional Intelligence and Nonverbal Communication from the University of Alcalá. For over thirty years, she has been a Finance professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is the co-author of “Matemáticas de las operaciones financieras” (Mathematics of Financial Operations) and “Claves para negociar con los bancos” (Keys to Negotiating with Banks).
