Confianza: la revolución del liderazgo auténtico
Description
Authenticity is the most important attribute for success in business and in life. The traditional “command and control” leader is giving way to the authentic leader who motivates and inspires from within. Authenticity is a surprising journey that begins when you commit to being self-aware, to showing yourself as you are, and continues throughout your life as you work to reach your best version and put your talents to the service of others. The result is trust, which becomes the foundation of authentic leadership. Conquer the fear of being authentic. It’s not about having superpowers or being perfect, but about discovering your essence and acting accordingly. We need leaders who motivate with passion, humility, and responsibility; with a growth mindset, open to feedback, and resilient; leaders who help others become better, who foster a community and a sustainable society.
This book offers you guidelines and the best tools within a practical framework that anyone can follow to overcome adversity and seize opportunities throughout their personal and professional life.
